Return & Refund Policy

At Paul Rodolfo Export, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our leather products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the return or refund process as smooth as possible.

1. Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email. Processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or holidays.

2. Return Eligibility

You may request a return for eligible products under the following conditions:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with valid photo proof if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

  • Non-returnable Items: Customized/personalized items, sale/discounted items (unless defective), and gift cards are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Email us at paulrodolfoexport@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos (for damaged or defective products)

Once your return is approved, we will email you the instructions and return label (if applicable).

4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customer-Paid Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Company-Paid Returns: For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

  • Please allow an additional 5–8 business days for the bank or credit card provider to reflect the refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer door pickup or automatic exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item:

  1. Return the original item as per the return policy.

  2. Once processed, place a new order separately.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After that, the standard return policy applies.

8. European Union Customers

For orders shipped into the EU, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days for any reason. Item must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.
